Looking at her kit through DeepTL:

>Boosts Yin attack with her barrier
>Has a skill where she can regain a barrier (2 at max level)
>Has a passive that gives a 35% chance of restoring a barrier

If DeepTL is accurate, Suika sounds she's built for barrier spam and would be fun to use with Reimu and Sanae for a gross amount of graze. She's almost like dodge tank that grows stronger when dodging.
