I don't really know where else to ask, but here goes.
I would like to make something similar to pic related for a big friend I know who's a big fan of Umineko and sent me this picture once as a joke a few months ago, telling me that he'd love to have something like this done for him. I've done a little surface-level research on the Umineko manga/anime (is it that good?) and I was thinking of a cake centered around the main blonde Beatrice girl you see everywhere instead. The thing is, I don't know how to cook or bake at all, and his birthday is drawing near. (exactly one week from now)
Should I try and learn basic baking skills or should I directly ask a bakery to make a cake with precise specifications? If online stores can make you personalized tea cups surely there should be something like this but with cakes.
