are filtered decks good to use to catch up on an anki backlog or would i be better of just stopping all cards and limiting the daily cards done (assuming i only wanted to do so many a day)

i have a question about 1t sentences. from what i understand you find a sentence in the wild where you understand everything except a single thing, the problem i see with it is that it seems like finding these sentances in the wild would take forever even if you did something like a 2k deck etc as the number of sentences with more than one thing unknown would far outweigh any sentences that are 1t. kauffman mentions a similar thing here
