On the subject of speed, and I do hate to pull this card, but do keep in mind that we've never seen Aya get serious. It's pretty safe to assume she can go faster than what we've seen.
Meanwhile Youmu gives it all she's got in every fight, bless her earnest heart. Can probably guess her top speed with what we've got.
Basically what I'm saying is that if the Youmu and Aya are on similar levels of speed from what we've seen, we can assume that Aya would easily be the faster one if she actually tries.

Do you not understand how much doing this to her would destroy her? If you succeed all the way, Aya would be Aya no more. Even if you enjoy the process, which is understandable, the result is something that must absolutely be avoided. It's not worth it!

And, you know, if we're really being honest here...she'd most likely just break free and kill you.
