>Following the Automaton Housemaid Act, the turn of the century would see another political unrest in the maid colleges.
>A particular group of extremist Shoggoth established the 'Heels Party' coalition. With a motto of "Master's desires over Master's orders", they preached it was a maid's job to fulfill any of her master's latent wishes, even at the risk of contradicting his orders.
>As a direct response, an extremist faction of Kikimoras founded the 'FeatherDuster Party'. Their motto of "Master's orders are absolute" pushed for absolute submissiveness. They defended that a maid should always defer to her master, at the cost of possibly contradicting her master's true desires.
>In the end, both parties failed to amass significant support, and were overshadowed by the centrist 'Maid Tea Party'. This group was compromised by both Kikimoras and Shoggoths, as well as maids from many other species. With a simple motto of "Maids should care for their master", they ultimately drove both extremist parties to eventually dissolve.
>By the time the portals opened, most of the major maid colleges had deans affiliated with the Maid Tea Party.
