That's a good point. The biggest source of sex appeal from her main dress comes from those gorgeous rose-pattern pantyhose. The way in which they accentuate her legs and thighs is exquisite. And her skirt, while ornate, is much shorter than the massive hoop skirts most witches wear, letting you appreciate the view even more. I'm not sure about the claim of being able to see up it though. It warrants further thought.
