Depending on the material of the doll, this might help you if you have TPE.

Turn doll on it's back and prop the lower half up so nothing spills over.

Use a 3% or 5% bleach solution inside the orifice.

Leave inside for 1or 2 days, after that rinse out with water for 10-15 minutes.

Repeat if needed.

Dry with air pump.

Use babyoil on the inside to soak in and to create a barrier against water and mold.
