Before I get started with recommendations, I trust you're aware that stage ages in JAV are fabricated. I find the 母の親友 (Mother's Friend) series from Venus to usually offer that kinda feeling although still not much/enough insecurity and feeling flustered, sadly. If anything they reciprocate very quickly/easily but are still flattered that they are still desired

I'll also admit I sometimes get confused since pretty much every studio has their own version of a mother's friend/friend's mother/mother's best friend/best friend's mother series and each kinda has their own particular style of setup and dynamic (reluctant, more proactive, reciprocating, etc)
