Not getting rid, just transferred to their sister studio. S1 and IP are closely related while Attackers is pretty much IP's drama division. Yes I know that many other studios are in that same conglomerate including Moodyz but just look how similar S1 and IP website layout are. They also often shared exclusives like Natsukawa Akari recently.
With Attackers also signing the likes of Kamisaki Shiori I guess they want to bolster their selling point.
