For some reason, I decided to update one of my stories, having sat on the draft of Part 2 (of probably 3) since mid-November—which is embarrassing because I wrote Part 1 of the story in early November.

It's on my pastebin now, using the same link as before. If I get drunk enough over the weekend, I might do an editing pass, and maybe even post a direct link in the thread.

I said I'd post something this week, so here's the first half of a brief story I've been working on, introducing a new character. Comments and critiques are appreciated because I am shit at editing beyond spellcheck.

A young journalist has a lackluster end to an exhausting newsweek, before heading home to unwind.

Unwinding will be continued in part 2, which I am finally motivated to write.
