They want the EN minecraft server to be purely EN's, so when the new EN gens come in, they'll be greeted purely by EN's. Cover is moving HoloEN to be it's own separate branch from JP rather than marrying the two. This is because due to the success of EN gen 1, they believe that having them interact with JP's will deter the EN market. So, they will add more EN holos, faster than they normally do. If HololiveEN gen 2 comes within 4 months, then it will be clear that Cover plans on expanding and expanding EN, and keeping them separate from the JP branch. You can expect the EN side of Cover to be expanded as well, so that the girls don't need to fly all the way to Japan for big events or 3d. Although that won't happen until EN manages to both make up for the investment cost, and the money sink that was CN and possibly ID.
