In addition to what the thread already mentioned, they're really similar to each other and are not blessed with being released in 2hu's golden age (and even the Prismrivers and Aki sisters are unpopular). The same thing could be applied to Mai and Satono, I guess. They suffer more because they're just there to emphasize Okina's power. On the other side, the Yorigami sisters got really popular. I know that's because they're fighting game bosses, more recent, etc.. But I think the most important thing is that they are really different from one another. They dress and act differently and have somewhat unique abilities that differ from one another. I think ZUN should do this gimmick to all the new multi-bosses in newer games.

How did these two manage to get a bigger artist following than any of the Four Seasons cast? Ten days and they manage to rake in more art than the others at the same time frame, even taking Aun into account.
