Sure it does, but it's pretty much face value.

TVs/Computers not being able to turn off is a really common theme in dreams/nightmares. It typically represents anxieties or suppressed feelings.

What matters here is what's on the screen, BM/SG.

The computer represents your fukei-ness, or "power level", and try as you might to hide it it's become too big for a part of yourself to be swept under the rug and hidden from other people. You want to talk about them with other people and share the magic of memes, I mean the magic of BM/SG. Your cousins represent "normalfags" as well as that part of yourself, and you subconsciously want to bridge those two world together even if your first reaction is to hide everything away. The more you try and repress how BM/SG is a part of you, the more it'll manifest in "louder" ways.
