i'm trying to set up a system where i've got a parent deck with five subdecks that each have a maximum of 10 new cards every day, so i set set the parent deck to have a cap of 50 new cards a day
the problem is that it wants to force those 50 new daily cards even if some of the sub decks don't have 10 new cards available, which means that one of the subdecks might end up providing 30 cards in one go

is there a way to prevent this behaviour?

What decent places are there to find raw manga, other than nyaa or djt's limited library? Neither one is doing the trick for me atm.
