come to think of it the popularity of these games really just completely depends on if characters people like are in or not. I mean, fuck, I didn't care at all but now that Yukari is in the game I'm hyped to the point that I'll probably buy it on steam. Although I appreciate their ambition with the sprites I can't help but wonder if seeking a bigger roster may have been the better way to go.

I wish I was consistently good at these games. I'll have days where I'm doing amazing (for me) and getting past every part that was giving me trouble before, and then I'll pick it up the next day and start hitting random bullets in stage 2.

Eh? I found her to be as likeable as her sister. She was pretty rude, but it's not like you can't like rude people (Wario, 95% of the Touhou cast, Bowser, etc). Despite the fact she got almost as little screen time as the main character, she was still pretty cool.

I like to make a distinction between those that spout memes and have not an inkling of an idea of what they're talking about, and those that know better yet are still obnoxious cunts. It's basically the whole Reddit vs. 9fag thing (though one might bring up the argument that Reddit doesn't know much better either, but they at least know some of the things their traced vectors come from).
