I'm slavic and I don't mind. We take both take pride in our people and even though I may disagree with him on his blatant racism and xenophobia, I can overlook such petty political trivialities and admire his excellent work for the beautiful art that it is. Only a fool would let his ability to enjoy a piece of objectively good entertainment be hampered by the creator's personal beliefs.

As much as I hate when characters are moe-ified, I think it's really cute to see someone as serious as her have a softer side.
