Here's my 2 cents.

You have a bunch of Germans who only speak and understand English as a second language or maybe even just understand it phonetically.

You have a guy on stage trying to talk to a crowd of tens of thousands of people, through a thick american accent and an even thicker beard with not the best sound quality.

The people there are likely all in their late 20s & 30s, notalgic for the days for when Limp Bizkit was a big controversial act alongside Eminem and Marilyn Manson.

Fred Durst says that he was really HAPPY that he met Babymetal, but the crowd who doesn't quite understand him project their nostalgic bad-boy image onto this 46 year old man and assume that he said he was horny.

and by "the crowd", I mean so far a maximum of 4 people.
