Sup /jp/. I finally got around to adding /jp/ to the 4chan civilization 4 mod. As much as this belongs in /v/, I figured I'd let you guys know what's up. And yeah, you have a troll leader.

Among the biggest parts to this update is the integration with the BUG UI mod. It's really great, even in the normal game.
