The instantaneous switch between languages via C/E/J is kinda interesting, but the 1:1 TL they did as a result gets pretty awkward in places. I'm fine with calling them 'neko' rather than catgirls since it's implied that they're a company's product, but the phrasing of a lot of lines comes across incredibly awkwardly because of how it's directly mapped from J->E.

From the photo:
>"No one's picking up." 'at this time' is redundant and weird in English.
>"So Shigura's to blame too for this." People rarely get called 'accomplices' outside of criminal cases in English unless it's something like goofy best friends doing stuff together, which isn't implied with MC and his sister.
>"I had to be on my guard lest they sneak something in when I wasn't paying attention." English doesn't view it as 'an opening' in the same sense. Also, the commas; Japanese and English tend to be backwards respective to where they like to place descriptions and reasons, Japanese at the front, English at the end, which is why the English has an awkward comma to break up 'if there was an opening' and 'sneaking stuff in' where it wouldn't need one if reversed.
>"and we were already getting all sorts of disapproving looks from the people around us." 'Painful looks' is Japanese. Disapproving itself it a little stretchy, which is why 1:1 is bad.

There're more, but this illustrates the point. They should really look to abandoning the 1:1 if they can, or at least allow the TL to rearrange things so they sound more normal.
