Can anyone recommend me some Chinese oolong? I've only had oolong once and it was a rather poor (and cheap) one so I'd like to try something better this time. Preferably less oxidized so closer to green tea instead of black. The one I had tasted too much like bread or something, too earthy and black.

Also what's everyone's opinion on white tea?
