Well yeah, I'd say a few of the artists I listed actually have pretty good plots for their stories even while being lolicon stories. I didn't list Suzuki Kyoutarou because his lolis are pretty derp faced, but he's got pretty neat stories as well.

But if I had to pick out any of the artists I listed other than Sumiyao for having more than just good artwork via having interesting plots or premises I would list Gomennasai and Minori Kenkyuujo. Mochi's artwork is legendary, but he's never really cared about having meaningful stories that are more than just vehicles to push the porn. Anyway, I'm sure Pikamee would be interested in this sort of topic, but this is pure yabai tier cursed shit that no normal person should be talking about.
