An interesting watch that demolishes the myth that Jpop treats idols better than Kpop, when in fact Jpop and Kpop company policies aren't that much different, only Kpop pay their artists more than Jpop to their idols (they treat them as minimum wage employees as opposed to stars) as incentive to do better.
