I do not have a dakimakura cover yet, bu am really interested in buying a pillow by itself to see if it makes me sleep better. I read that sleeping with a body pillow between your legs help relive stress on the lower back.

Are there any retail stores where I can buy a body pillow which will fit inside of a dakimakura cover when I decide to get one?

I see a few online at Walmart's site, but I don't want a floppy pillow that will get flat. I want one with memory foam in it, but I don't know if they make ones or how expensive they are.

Where did you buy your pillows and how much do you like them? Has anyone ever bought one from Walmart and found it adequate?
