I never saw FF as a tool for oldfags to use since if you have the means to clear without it then why don't you. IMO Tanaka designs FF for TTKs who began later and may not have ideal fossil setups. A handicap of some sorts for them to use.

Take for example having to have mandatory multiple OASW ships to deal with sub hime node if you don't have the now acquirable 4 toukai. The toukai are not even old fag equips just if you played the Letye events.

In that case it's no wonder if indeed Tanaka spends time play testing the FFs for EOs with a certain time framed TTK in mind.

But I'm sure you'll just respond by saying "GiTgUd" or "There isn't NeWpLaYeRs" and be the normal austere, supremacist, oldfag you are.
