At first glance, Tewi's incredibly fluffy ears seem like the obvious choice. However, the contrast between the soft pink inside of Reisen's ears and the fine white fur on the back is visually stimulating and provides a more varied tactile experience compared to Tewi's pure fluff. That said, ZUN art depicts Reisen's ears as crinkled and artificial-looking, which I find off-putting, so in the end I can safely say that Tewi's ears are the best.
