The goal of typesetting is to emulate the original look as closely as possible while maintaining readability. This is why you don't just throw wildwords at everything, if it's handwritten use a handwriting font, if the author decides to use a different font to accent something choose a similar font from your collection, don't just click "bold" or "italic" and call it done.

You'll also notice I sampled the color of the original text and used it in the typeset image, and used a different font for when the man spoke, also color sampled.

Feel free to do a better job if it upsets your autism that much, but I both doubt you will, and doubt you can.
