This game is impossible to install w/o switching system unicodes.

I have vista (stfu not my choice)
1. AppLocale can only run one program at a time.
2. Run the installer with AppLocale
3. Installer calls instsub...and i'm fucked. Since the installer is calling it and there is no way for me to demand that it run instsub with AppLocale, it doesn't recognize the unicode and eventually jams at the same spot every time.

so, any clever solutions? gtfo /jp/ umineko threads suck? stop bitching and switch to jap system unicode?
