I think you need to work on your proportions the most, in different places it's lanky, stumpy, stretched, too thin, too big.
Second biggest problem is foreshortening.
As far as a general approach to figure and gesture drawing is concerned I recommend Glenn Vilppu.

Too spherical, have a look at some actual butts, they're only like that in plastic surgery victims like kim kardashian.
