2. look up for tips/tutorials that explain them, try to follow their lead
3.look up books on anatomy. study/copy them
4.try to find artist which you like how they draw boobs and copy them (not trace), at first just copy their work then try to do from memory with some original concept but similar pose to copied artist piece.

generally I would say to think of them as balloons with water. The bigger the more they sag down due to weight.

I am a /beg/ myself and so would not be the best in providing specific advice, but for what it's worth: the outline of the breasts don't look that bad (the former drawing better than the latter, though), I think you mainly just need to work on rendering in general. that and the areolas and nipples look lazily/hastily drawn.
