Find references and copy thousands of feet.
Also, lear natomy of feet and perspective. Learn how the feet work (bones, muscles, tendons) and how to construct them.
While you copy references, alsto try to redraw stuff from imagination.

Be prepared to spend thousands of hours on this.

Unironically, Rinotuna course.
His way of drawing feet is really simple and kinda dumb but, IDK why, following his method flipped a switch in my brain and now I can just draw them really easily (even without using his method).
