I have no idea why that is. I've got 2 possible reasons for that:

1. It's just a classic case of survivorship bias. You like loli/shota so skynet just recommends you skilled artists with similar subject matter instead of normal skilled artists.

Not everyone has to like it but if you’re serving up an art platform you should allow all types of art whether you agree or disagree with it, that’s the point of art anyways.
