How come the best artisti on this board are either lolicon shotacon or furry? I went across all generals and on this board and in asg/beg/int it's just generic low beg tier shit mostly with most boring soulles art while in lsg/cbsg/furry they are not only have soul but also skilled.

Basically this.
Having a focus, almost autistically so, helps you power through the art learning journey. Someone who's just kinda curious about art, or even likes it, is likely to drop off after realizing how much work they have to put in, and study old masters, and hundreds of figure drawings, and studying anatomy, etc. etc.
Then you have some furfag who's obsessed with drawing the most perfect diapered hypermuscled anthropomorphic dog and won't rest until they achieve it, so they'll put 10 hours a day until their fingers bleed and never stop until reaching that goal.

It just so happens that the venn diagram between "autistic" "degenerate" and "ability to hyperfocus" forms almost a perfect circle.
