Depends of what you're looking for. If you like competitive catfights and thick women, there's a company called Fighting Dolls. If you are looking for competitive wrestling between more athletic women, Female Wrestling Zone. If you are looking for semiscripted content with storylines, the 90s California Wildcats tapes. If you like the humilliating poses, then you have to go japanese. Tons of reference over there.

I do sometimes pick IRL pics for refs, either by googling the move I'm doing or checking if for example Sleeperkid has done something similar. SK photo galleries usually have variety of angles and lotsa material. Japanese wrestling adult videos usually have good camera work too for dynamic angles
