if your stuff is good enough to get those genuine niceties, then it will happen regardless of making a thread like this or posting anywhere else. my point is that it's much safer to post "nice" comments than to post genuine critique or criticism that someone might have of your art.

i'm not one of the anons that "get off being mean" but this is probably the only place i can call someone's atrocious looking style as sjw tranny shit and people will know exactly what i mean by that without getting dog piled on and being called a -phobic.

if anything, the occasional nice comment (or being ignored instead of crabbed on) you might get from this place is coveted BECAUSE it's rare, so making a thread like this is the equivalent of "follow for follow" tier shit that you'd find on twitter, which makes the place and your statistics meaningless, which in turn makes people come to places like this.
