You got to get a routine going, so it's easier to get out of bed. Set an alarm away from your bed and put your phone in another room. Once it goes off turn it off and go to your phone. Turn off the blue light filter if you use one, so it helps wake you up. Then down a nice large cup of ice water. Afterwards go on a mourning stroll. Go get em tiger.
