First you need to join a house, any of them.
Then when you go to the "submit" page you put in how long it took for you to draw your submission in minutes, ie 2hours = 120minutes. It should be whatever is visible in your submission. If you have multiple sketches that you don't want to include on dad you should try to include them offsite like on imgur.

medium term addressing the issue and taking any kind of action to mitigate it even somewhat

long term looking at myself and remedying the pattern of behaviour that lead to a situation that got me into said mental hole

Therapy/counselling might help you and if you work at a reasonably sized company you're likely entitled to some kind of free sessions. If you're a neet there's probably still hope of free services depending on your country/state
