Zoom in a fuckton and test, test, test. Apply with different opacities to see if that helps you find the perfect shade.

For skin you will need
>highlight
>shadow
>blush
>neutral skin tone to fill in the rest

For a extremely realistic look
You will need 4-5 different colors layered and blended from each category on top of that like
>4 blush tones
>4 shading
>neutral skin tones for every body part.

For example in that photo, leg, foot, and face skin have different colors. Good luck faggot, no one said it would be easy.

For that photo get the cheek where it is the lightest peach and then get the deepest shadow under the chin and the deepest shadow under the eyes. Adjust opacity of your brush and choose a brush that fades and drag the shading over the peach to blend. Obviously use different layers so you can erase any spots you what more highlights.
