what is the best time of day to post your art so that people are more likely to see it before it gets lost a amongst a billion other submissions?

If you have to ask you weren't good enough in the first place.

I find it's largely irrelevant. people will like/share your shit if they like it regardless of time of day

If everyone is posting at the best time of the day then it no longer is the best time of the day.

Good shit will blow up no matter when you post it while the opposite happens with bad shit

Good shit will blow up no matter what? That's bullshit.

That said, it does help. Also depends on what you draw; that helps too. Also a good idea to enter contests and network with others. Posting in unusual places helps, too.

Just to note, I personally garnered a ton of attention and commissions because I drew anime porn and posted it on Rule34.

Something I deeply regret, now.
