What is a method that enables me to draw anything? I'm tired of studying hands, legs, etc I just want a general method I can apply to everything.

Just get a camera and start doing all those dynamic poses you want to draw, if you want a city then stack a couple of food cans and boxes together, theres free software online that let's you pose dolls too for drawing, it even has perspective options. It's extremely easy to get by as a digital artist as long as you have references, you wont be great but you wont be entirely shit either and you could make some decent money with half the actual effort.
