Sexualized drawings can be done right, and they can be done wrong. Here are some things to consider:
>There should be a reason why its sexualized other than "I wanna see tiddy everywhere". pic related is Lilith so it makes sense to sexualize her
>Exaggerated features should have a reason why they are exaggerated as well, e.i. there is a reason why this person has stupidhuge tits instead of normal ones, and again that reason isn't just "I wanna see huge tits"
If the reason for the sexualization is just that you wanna see sexy things, then you're essentially making something closer to — if not equal to — porn, since that's porn's purpose.

Of course, a design can be sexy just as an inherent side-effect of the design, such as a generic female character. Female characters with at least average bodies are bound to be found sexy regardless of whether you attract attention to her body or not, and so there's nothing wrong with that.
