everything except the head looks traced, your lines aren't dynamic at all. Nothing to say about anatomy because the drawing is so simplified. The pose is common enough so probably you sould use reference if you want to get it right so bad. I think you'll benefit more by moving along to try new poses and get mileage instead of commiting to a single piece

The pose is basically fine for that gesture then but I would suggest having the fingers on the outstretched arm point upward, following the same angle as the arm. Them pointing down starts giving it a "what the hell" kind of look. It could also benefit from more curve in the spine, having her lean back more.
Are you going to try to match the style/character model fairly closely?

Hand is definitely better. I still think the pose needs more curve in the gesture though, looks a bit stiff.

Sorry, I changed it slightly because I realized the arrows made no sense. Hopefully this is better. I'm trying to show the push and pull of a gesture, how there's opposing forces. Having things squeeze in toward the middle and flair out up at her shoulders and down at her hips helps create a rhythm and that makes the pose look dynamic.
Also the boobs are blue so you can tell them apart from the construction lines for the ribcage and arms. Hopefully this isn't just nonsense to you lol.
