Did he go insane? He lived a pretty good life regardless of his dietary habits, and he had the ear of the most powerful people in Italy. He could get into arguments with them and wouldn't give a fuck - they would still call him to do their shitty commissions.

Am I the only one that's a 1? I have a friend who says shes a 2, and she's a decent artist imo.

Actually, I'm probably more than a 1. I can not only see the apple vividly but I can also see every pore and shade. I can imagine it rotating, falling, being cut, what it looks like underneath the skin, and what it would sound / look like when crushed. I can even imagine what it would look like under different lighting conditions and go so far as to smell it / taste it at the same time.
