Beside pinterest and google, where do you guys go to get your poses/portrait reference?
Back then on twitter I saw someone posted a site that contain reference of people around the world etc, I really like it a lot because the poses were everyday stuffs which helped me to draw for my comic a lot, but I lost it now and I couldn't find it. Model poses are too perfect and elegant, the are unnatural and they didn't really help after I've done them thousands of time.

I try to use as many of my own photos as possible for authenticity. The sticky has some pretty decent links, I recall one of them having the ability to strip the pose down to muscular/skeletal which is pretty useful.
