op is weeb furry also called kemono if you are a true conoisseur. It tends to be a lot cuter and more comfy than it's western cousin, on average. Also obviously different artstyle. Generally I'd advise looking through pixiv, though you'll still have to dig out through a lot of porn.

It'd be to your benefit if you could describe what you want in further detail. Comfy isn't a universally understood descriptor, but from your example I can only really gather that you want small characters with animal qualities, be they traditionally mammalian or anthropomorphic. If that's what you want, Koki (@kokimantarou on Twitter) does a lot of cute, small anthropomorphic animal characters. Some of their works are more lewd in nature but there's a lot of illustrative and sketch work that'd be considered "wholesome" generally.
