Why are there so many few resources to learn nip coloring compared to drawing? Less books, channels, videos. Even the archive barely has anything on coloring.

check Pixiv it has a fuck ton of tuts by Jap users, a lot of deviant art tier trash but the best ones are better than anything you will find on youtube or other places.
Based Japs even have multiple tuts on rendering semen on skin.

They can't color for shit, ever seen manga covers or special colored pages when they get featured? A complete mess.

SOMETIMES, on rare occasions, it looks fine, but it's nothing original or impressive, just learn "Western" coloring and you're fine.
Pic related is one I like, it's just regular painting.
