There are a number of structural issues with the drawing
the entire drawing is tilted, so she appears unbalanced and falling over. Complete lack of a ground plane is probably the cause of this. You don't have any defined planes anywhere actually, the only one you have is the plane of the paper.
The drawing is overall very flat. You have the general crime-scene-chalk outline of a person down but none of the form. Having an entirely stiff frontal-only view with nothing heading into/out of the page doesn't help. The cylindrical form of the legs/arms isn't there.
I will not touch on shading because that's not what you need to work on at this level.

tl;dr learn forms, draw a bunch of cylinders and boxes in perspective and you will understand how to place a body

I don't draw porn normally but I was inspired by this one artist whose blowjob faces I love totally. After doing the lines I just thought I'd try out some tones and things from manga to just think about how they're done. I don't think it's really good but it was more of an exploration/excercise so I'm fine with it.

Okay, so instead of using an eraser, just make it so your brush is on alpha mode. You should be able to do this in Clip Studio, PS, and SAI.
Here it is in SAI. It basically just inverts the properties of your brush, that way when you erase you'll still have the same effect as when you draw.

the hips were large but had better shape, these look like he has obese thighs. the arms are also weirdly fat and the torso is more rectangular now.
it looks like you fattened him up in the process sort of? i can't tell if that was intentional or proportion mistakes.
