pixiv is safe place to post. Also really good for exposure/gaining followers if you tag and are any good. If they ever restrict loli/shota the existing artists will throw a fit. But images on pixiv must be censored or you'll be blocked from the ranking system.
baraag is safe so far, doesn't seem like government will ever crack down on the server. a lot of like-minded people there so the content feed seems consistent.
pawoo shares mastodon network with baraag so an account on one can interact with an account on the other. if you have a pixiv account, you automatically have a pawoo account (literally one-click to activate), but like on pixiv you probably need to censor on pawoo
Twitter is not so safe, loli artists get banned there from time to time. Avoid loli/shota on Twitter and only post adult nsfw there.
