How can one make it in art if theyre not good at “networking”? Ive never been good at forming friendships and think of networking at best as a thing for people who make friends easily, at worst forming cliques of people to use

If you make amazing art people will be pretty accommodating. Depends on your level of autism I guess. A lot of artists are a little shy and/or awkward, it's not a big deal

Ive realized this year ive definitely got a touch of the tism, wrote it off in the past because im able to carry on a conversation and not obsessed with trains but the sensory overstimulation is too hard to brush off

Also social media. you can literally be anonymous. get likes by making trendy/relevant/beautiful/sexy stuff. use hashtags. get the likes, its all about the likes.
