Some people actually work for a living. If I like an artist whose reasonably priced and has a long list of work to show for it; then I'll pay up front.

$100 or more gets half a half. No questions asked. I won't beg for art. There are millions of artists out there. If they're unreasonable, I'll go somewhere else.

Same goes for artists and clients. There's millions of clients.
