An anon was once with him on hike in Denmark or wherever he makes his workshop, traveling the countryside and drawing the scenery.

Apparently he was there with a bunch of teens and 20yos and Vilppu was the last one to get tired after walking all day.

Vilppu will be there for a while and when he dies, we'll already have made it.

Vilppu is much better for drawing from imagination than Proko or Loomis

You know why? the way he teaches, he seems reconstruct something new altogether while using the reference/model as reference rather than copy(albeit with gesture) like Proko does

A disadvantage to that is that it may not always result in the most accurate drawings when it comes to observational drawing

But we're here to draw animu tits(or in my case, gay dragon porn because I'm a degenerate) and not fruits and vases, right?

If you imagine that the paper is a 3D space, it will reflect on your work as well, giving your drawings more 3Dness, which is what most of us aim to achieve. Construction is just another method to feel the 3D, feel the 3D of the woman's legs, her breasts, her neck as you do with a cylinder or a box drawn on paper.
